Our Soccer team is looking for you! Kick your way into a community dedicated to playing the game with a high level of excellence. Get out on the feild and pracice your passion with us!

 

Cycling Team

Purpose Riders is a group of people who are not super athletic but have a desire to get or stay in reasonable physical health.  We ride together a couple times a week.  The range of rides vary based on experience, goals, bikes, etc.   The advanced rides range from 50-100kms per ride at an average speed of 25-30kms/hr on the back roads of Peel region, and the casual ride ranges from 5kms - 20kms with no set speed(at your own pace).  This casual ride takes place on the paved trails within Brampton (only once or twice you actually see the roads).

55+ Fitness

This fitness class is a 45 minute, low impact fitness class including cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretching. The exercises that we do are formulated to help with living everyday with more vitality, strength and functionality.
